I've been a lifelong Tolkien fan and a longtime member of the online Tolkien community. Under a former name, around 2009-2011, I wrote fanfiction and participated in various fannish events here on livejournal. (Buuuut we're not talking about that because the things you write at 16 are best left alone in all their purple-prosey sentimentalism.) If life slows down, I hope to return to writing—hopefully adult-me is a better writer!
So, with that in mind, I'm embarking upon a great re-reading adventure through Middle-earth! If you care to join a very very ardent Tolkenite masquerading as an overworked, sleep-deprived student, WELCOME. Prepare for thoughts, musings, and, potentially, fanfiction of dubious quality.
